Establish and strengthen universities
In cooperation with local universities and research institutes and Japanese universities and research institutions, we support the implementation of strengthening and improving projects at universities and research institutes through joint research, exchange of teachers and researchers, human resource development, curriculum improvement, organizational improvement, and procurement of equipment for education and research.
